Do you have a warranty?

Yes. All of the products we install for you (whether we order or you provide the parts) are generally covered under a manufacturers warranty. We provide all the information we can on that process (as well as proof of purchase if we order the items) to assist you in any warranty claims. All of our work has a 30 day warranty that begins on the day we notify you of work completion. We will fix any defects in work within this period free of labor charges, parts or materials will incur charges.

Firearms may only be shipped to the original owner or a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder or dealer, as required by law. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

What are your shipping policies?

Absolutely. We do ask that you call and inform us of what you purchased and from whom. Not all distributors or dealers will notify use prior to an item arriving at our location. This places an administrative burden on our small shop, as such you will incur extra fees also, and can delay you receiving your firearm. These extra fees can be avoided by a simple phone call.

How to sell a firearm with you on consignment?

We charge a 30% fee with a minimum rate of $35 for all consigned firearms. That fee covers shop overhead, listing the firearm for sale plus an in-depth cleaning and inspection of your firearm. We will go over your firearms pricing particulars after we complete our cleaning and inspection.

Do you have an electronic monitoring agreement?

We accept returns on unopened products that have not been used or installed. Generally we do not accept returns on products or services that have been installed or performed by us. In the event you must absolutely return a product we sold you the returned item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please see our Return Policy for further clarification.

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. If we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.
