CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
You are entitled to cancel your order within seven (7) days without giving any reason for doing so, until orders have shipped. In the event the shipping label has be affixed to your orders packaging, but the carrier has not accepted the shipment, you will still be liable for the postage. Once the carrier takes possession of your order, you must request us to process a return.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by e-mail at returns@wisconsingunworkz.com
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive a cancellation request.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase to process a return. All returns must be authorized and labeled with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 15 days
The goods are in the original unaltered packaging with all manuals, instructions, internal packaging and accessories.
The packaging includes or is labeled with a RMA number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Sales on the following items are final:
1. Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. 2. Ammunition 3. Special orders. 4. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt. 5. NFA items. 6. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics. 7. All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. 8. Items that have been customized or personalized.
REFUNDS
All refunds issued by Wisconsin Gun Workz for returned merchandise must match the original form of payment. Customers will receive cash refunds for cash and check purchases, credit to the appropriate card for debit and credit card purchases and credit via Zelle for electronic payments. Returns for items purchased by gift certificate will receive credit by gift certificate only. Cash refunds require an original purchase receipt.

If you have a valid purchase receipt, we will give you a refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment, or an even exchange of the merchandise. Return with a gift receipt:
If you have a valid gift receipt, we will give you a refund of the purchase price in the form of a merchandise credit, or an even exchange of the merchandise. To be eligible for a full refund the goods are in the original unaltered packaging with all manuals, instructions, internal packaging and accessories. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return without a receipt:
If you do not have a valid receipt, we will attempt to verify the purchase if it was made with a credit or debit card. If we can verify the purchase, we will give you a refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment, or an even exchange of the merchandise. If we cannot verify the purchase, we will give you a merchandise credit equal to the item's lowest price sold within the past 90 days, or an even exchange of the merchandise. Customers must present valid government-issued photo identification (ID) to make a return without a receipt. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. the returned goods.
